TeenSTRENGTHOur TeenSTRENGTH classes involve progressive programming to include the 6 primal movement patterns – Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Hinge, Core.
Teens are coached by BrandX Method Professional Youth Coaches. Classes combine strength training and cardio conditioning in a fun format. They learn how to lift weights safely, starting with movement patterns using bodyweight only until they can master the technique. After that they are introduced to light to medium weights in a controlled format. Each teen is individually assessed weekly by a BrandX Method Professional Youth Coach Trained Specialist. And to keep everything fun we increase our cardio and conditioning fitness in a game style format at the end of every class. Ages: Group (1) Years 7,8,9 // Group (2) Years 10,11,12 Large Class Format = 30:2 = 30 kids = 2 Coaches, The BrandX Method Professional Youth Coach Trained Our programs are specifically designed for teens. It is not an adult program modified for kids. |
