PreTEENKids in Years 4,5,6
Our PreTEENS Classes combines strength training and cardio conditioning in a fun structured play format. They are learning the 6 primal movement patterns – Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Hinge, Core They learn how to lift weights safely, starting with base foundation movement patterns using bodyweight only until they can master the technique. After that they are introduced to light weights. Each PreTEEN is individually assessed weekly by a BrandX Method Professional Youth Coach Trained Specialist. And to keep everything fun we increase our cardio and conditioning fitness in a game style format at the end of every class.
