At Fit2SHiNE we make fitness FUN & provide a place for TEENS to train, socialise, be active and have a positive environment that helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness & healthy habits. We improve their STRENGTH & aerobic fitness through short high-intensity workouts.
Our STRENGTH & fitness classes fill that gap for teens between team sport ending and joining an adult gym at 18yrs old. We are proud to say we have been running our classes in Sutherland Shire now for over 4years and are proudly powered by The BrandX Method.
​Our programs are specifically designed for kids & teens, they are not and adult program modified for children.
To ensure maximum engagement we make sure there is lots of variety, contribution from all involved and a positive focus on challenging yourself to improve each week. Growth & Strength happens just outside your comfort zone – in an environment where you feel safe to
be yourself.
We are so very proud to be one of 3 BrandX Method Training Centres in Australia. The BrandX Method has an international reputation for excellence in youth training, which was developed in the U.S.
Since 2004 The BrandX Method have worked to develop the best ways to teach safe movement through exercise in a way that makes ‘all kids’ more athletic!
Our programs truly benefit kids & teens of all skill levels – this is not just a program for athletes
– this program is great for youth who aren’t in sports and want a fun opportunity to be active and challenge themselves.
Our PASSION is to create formidable humans who enjoy lifelong movement mastery giving them the ability to fully participate in life!
