Our FitKiDS Classes focus on bodyweight strength, fun fitness & conditioning through structured play. They are learning and building confidence in foundation movement patterns, skills & physical literacy. Workout Format = Strength & Conditioning Functional Training = Combining bodyweight and cardio conditioning = Games Style Format for Cardio, At the end of every class we get our cardio fitness in a game style format which makes for a fun social element to make cardio fun!
