RUNCLUB to S2S

Our 12week Run Club is for all fitness levels.

We will break the group up into Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.
Our goal is to build up our fitness to be ready to enter the 11km Sutho2Surf Fun Run.

My dream is to have 100+ Fit2SHiNErs wearing our
Yellow Event TANK for this event.

We can run, walk or a bit of both.

Now you could…..
  • do the Run Club AND the event with us
  • or just the event!
  • Either way I am keen to provide a challenge for us to stay active and have fun while we do it.
