GPT is what we call...
Small Group Personal Training, 8 Teens per Coach.

Weights - Strength training focussed on lifting weights and bodyweight-controlled movements.
Due to the small group your teen receives much higher level of 1on1 coaching attention throughout the 45min session
To keep things fun.... at the end of every class we include Strength Challenges - tracked weekly to monitor progress.
Classes are coached by BrandX Method Professional Youth Coaches.
Our programs are specifically designed for teens.
It is not an adult program modified for kids.
 
These small classes are Great for teens who: -
  • Fast Track = Want to fast track their technique development!
  • Weight Lifting = Prefer to do weights class over a weights & cardio class.
  • Have an Injury = that needs more 1on1 attention
  • Social Anxiety = Will prefer to ‘get started’ with a small group environment
  • Prefer Small Group Environment = Do not like large class environment
During 2023 we found it very Popular for many teens to do 1 x large class per week and 1 x GPT per week and get the best of both world.
