Small Group Personal Training, 8 Teens per Coach. Weights - Strength training focussed on lifting weights and bodyweight-controlled movements. Due to the small group your teen receives much higher level of 1on1 coaching attention throughout the 45min session To keep things fun.... at the end of every class we include Strength Challenges - tracked weekly to monitor progress. Classes are coached by BrandX Method Professional Youth Coaches. Our programs are specifically designed for teens. It is not an adult program modified for kids.
