Our 8week Run Club is for all fitness levels.
Walk, Jog or Run.
We will break the group up into Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.
Our goal is to build up our fitness to be ready to enter the 11km Sutho2Surf Fun Run each year.
When: Saturdays for an 8week lead up to Sutho2Surf.
