- Learn to lift weights safely - gym for kids & teens - Slower-paced format with smaller group size - Minimum age 10yrs (able to focus & apply) Great for kids & teens who: - Prefer a smaller group - Keen to learn & focus, and build strength & track progression - Hypermobile, low muscle tone, or have an injury that needs modifications or rehabilitation - Need a confidence boost All kids & teens in this program will receive an end-of-term report on their progress from their coach Progressively programmed, specifically designed for kids - still loads of fun of course! - Learning technique of the 6 primal movement patterns - squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, core - All kids & teens will move through our base, build, boost movement journey. Strength is the foundation to increasing speed, agility, power, coordination, balance, stability, mobility - basically all movement! - Building a foundation of strength will increase their confidence and ability to apply this new skillset to any chosen sport or physical activity they choose in their lifetime. - Effectively developing an internal desire to be active.
