We all know its hard to make the first change, i always suggest to start with inspiring the kids to get involved and excited about prepping their own lunch boxes.
Pick a time of the day, of week where you all agree to prepare tomorrows lunches together. It becomes normal. Then its time to discuss whats healthy to eat every day. Offer 2 healthy options and the kids choose which one of the 2 healthy options they want to pack in their lunchbox. Then YOU the parent do the same - it is great for them to see you take a healthy lunch too.
Then try getting active together as a family outdoors – make it normal!
