These classes have both
💪 STRENGTH training & 🏃♂️ CARDIO Fitness all in one epic workout
What’s involved:-
- Strength & conditioning CIRCUIT style format
- Technique Lesson every week to ensure safe lifting
- Specifically designed for kids (not an adult program modified)
- Progressive Program that is designed to teach the 6 primal movement patterns –
Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull, Core
- Jam-packed full of high-energy cardio fitness like battle ropes, sleds, slamballs, box jumps & burpees
- FUN Cardio Fitness in games at the end of every class
- Opportunity for developing social skills, improving movement patterns, co-ordination & balance
- Have fun with friends & great coaches while building up a good sweat

How is this different?
Great for kids who:
- Prefer a smaller group
- Keen to learn & focus, and build strength & track progression
- Hypermobile, low muscle tone, or have an injury that needs modifications or rehabilitation
- Need a confidence boost
- Have a specific goal they would like to reach
Who is SHARi:-
Hi, I am SHARi. I am the founder and head coach here at Fit2SHINE. I have been a personal trainer in the fitness industry for over 20years in the shire and specialised in kids for the past 10years.
I am a qualified professional youth coach (The BrandX Method) and have my associate diploma in child studies. I also have my CertIV in Personal Training & Group Fitness and have a broad experience in all things fitness and strength training.
My first role as a coach at 12-26yrs old was as a competitive gymnastics coach and judge which lead me into studying my Personal Training Certificate.
I am absolutely obsessed about all things kids health and fitness – it is MY PURPOSE on this planet to make a positive impact in the lives of as many kids and families I can and inspiring a FIT FAMiLY FOCUS

- Slower-paced format with smaller group size allowing for a more personal 1on1 coaching opportunity
- Opportunity to individualise programming specific to your child needs – goals &/or injuries
- Learn to lift weights safely – For Teens able & ready to FOCUS and master the lifting techniques
- Minimum age 12yrs
